Residential Life had a busy end to the school year. Students continued to enjoy many weekend activities including a guided bike ride of Canada’s capital city, Ottawa. The ride just happened to be scheduled during the beautiful Tulip Festival, which made the bike ride very spectacular. Students also travelled to Ottawa to attend a popular event, Comic Con.
Students enjoyed spending time in the great Canadian outdoors with two spring trip options, either kayaking through the 1000 Islands or zip-lining through the beautiful forest. Each group raved about these trips and the opportunity to experience local outdoor adventure. The highlight of the spring schedule was an
overnight trip to Toronto! Students took in a Toronto Blue Jays Major League Baseball Game then enjoyed some shopping in Canada’s largest city. On the second day in Toronto students tested their limits at Canada’s Wonderland Amusement Park where they rode some of the world’s largest roller coasters.
The school year finished with a semi-formal dance, organized by the students. Dressed in their finest clothes, students danced the night away and recognized their classmates with different awards as a final celebration and farewell together.
