Fulford Academy offers exciting and fun summer programs! For international students, we offer a 3-week summer camp, 4 and 7-week summer programs and a dual diploma program.
For local area students, we offer an after-school coding camp during the school year and a week-long camp in the summer, filled with robotics, coding and fun outdoor activities too!

International Programs and Camps
3-Week Summer Camp
Our exciting summer camp program is the perfect opportunity for students aged 11-17 who are looking for a uniquely Canadian experience! Class lessons will be taught each morning and students will then apply what they learn through afternoon activities such as museums, nature, and cultural activities. Visit close by cities like Kingston, Ottawa, and Montreal during weekend activities!
4 or 7-Week Summer Orientation Program
This program is ideal for students looking to study in Canada and improve their English. Students will participate in 157 (or 217) hours of in-class instruction focusing on language intensive, content-based courses such as Science, Math, English, Phys. Ed, History & Geography, all with ESL support! Students receive a report card upon completion of the program.
Our summer program involves an exciting Residential Life program filled with a weekly club schedule and cultural weekend trips & activities. Students can expect to take advantage of our proximity to Ottawa, Kingston & Montreal and visit some of Canada's amusement parks, museums, nature sights, and local attractions!
7-Week Academic Credit Program
This is the ideal program for students with an intermediate to advanced level of English and who have already completed Grade 9. Students will participate in 220 hours of in-class instruction focusing on language intensive, content-based courses. There will be a study hall period in the evenings and students will receive a Ministry of Education Report Card.
- Grade 9: Intro. to Business Technology, Intro to Family Studies
- Grade 10: Intro. to Business Technology, Intro to Family Studies
- Grade 11: Natural Disasters, Media Literacy
- Grade 12: Writer's Craft, Geography, The Environment & Resource Issues

Local Student Camps
The theme for our Spring camp is music! Coding is becoming an essential life skill for young people, the possibilities are endless on what you can create with it! Come and join us once a week for 6 weeks to learn the essentials of coding, robotics through Fulford Academy’s STEM+A approach to learning.
Commitment: Deadline to register is Friday, April 5th and there are 15 spots available. However, you only pay for the sessions you attend, so if you have to miss a week, you will not be charged for it!

Parents: Parents are encouraged to stay at the Academy for the duration of the club. Refreshments will be available in the Great Hall for you to enjoy while your kids are learning all about coding!
What Does My Child Need to Bring?: Nothing! Computer and headphones will be provided for all students.

Tech Camp 1.0 | Grades 5-8
Gain skills of the future and have fun doing it at our Summer Camp!
Love smartphones and gadgets? Learn how they work! Interested in being a developer? We will cover that too!
This 5-day camp is jam-packed with everything-tech plus lots of outdoor fun and the chance to hang out with kids from around the world.
You will learn:
- To create an app.
- How video games are developed.
- How technology is changing our world.
The week wraps up with building your own tech project. This exciting and fast-paced day camp will be facilitated by our Google-for-Education certified teachers.

Dual High School Diploma Program
The Dual High School Diploma is a specialized program at Fulford Academy where international students graduate with an OSSD while receiving their own diploma from their home country.
Students attend their regular academic year in their home country completing the courses necessary to earn their high school diploma. Students will then spend 7 weeks of their summers following the completion of Grade 10, 11 and 12 at Fulford Academy. During the summers, they will complete two courses in a chosen stream of education which will allow them to earn the credits necessary to obtain an OSSD. During the regular academic year, Grade 11 students will complete the OLC4U online to fulfill the OSSD Literacy requirement.
